Subscription payments — monthly or yearly, at any tier — are non-refundable, in whole or in part. This includes partial billing periods, unused time, and unused seats.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access through the end of your current paid period. No refund or credit is issued for the remaining time.
New accounts include a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the platform before being charged. No payment is taken until you choose to subscribe.
