Mega Fury Services is the data controller for personal data collected through MEGA FURY SERVICES TMS. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Data we collect and why
- Account details (name, email, phone, login credentials) — to create and secure accounts (contract performance).
- Business records you enter (loads, drivers, trucks, customers, documents, receipts) — to provide the Service (contract performance).
- Location and hours-of-service data from connected ELD providers — to show truck positions and HOS when your company enables it (contract performance / legitimate interests).
- Usage and device data (IP address, browser, activity logs) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the Service (legitimate interests).
- Support messages — to help you (legitimate interests).
Who we share data with
- Service providers that host and run the Service (cloud hosting, email delivery, mapping and AI document reading).
- Stripe, our payment processor, for subscription billing, card payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
- Authorities where required by law.
We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep data while your company's account is active and as needed for legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us and we will respond within the time required by law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls that separate each company's data, private file storage and expiring download links.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and remember in-progress work. We do not use advertising cookies.
