Prohibited activities
Illegal activity, including fraud, double brokering, identity theft, cargo theft or falsified loads, rate confirmations, invoices, BOLs, PODs or receipts.
Falsifying hours-of-service, logbook, inspection or safety records.
Tracking any person's location without lawful basis or required consent, or using location data for stalking or harassment.
Uploading data you have no right to use, or files containing malware.
Sending spam or unwanted messages through the Service.
Accessing other companies' data, probing for vulnerabilities, or bypassing security, permissions, seats or plan limits.
Scraping, copying or automated access except through features we provide.
Sharing logins or allowing unauthorized access.
Overloading or disrupting the Service or connected third-party services.
Harassing or abusing our staff or other users.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Report misuse or security issues to derrick@megafuryservices.net.
